Sound Therapy:
Individual


A sound therapy session can help reduce stress, tension, and also help the body to facilitate
an environment for physical, mental, and
emotional healing.

If this is your first session, I’ll go over the process and what you can expect.
Each session builds from the previous one.
You’ll remain fully clothed while
you lay down or recline.

I will then be guided by experience and intuition.

Sound Therapy:
Large Group

Group sound therapy can be just as effective as individual sound therapy. After all, sound is energy, and energy is not limited to the confines of time and space. According to the Hermetic Law of Similarity, we are all connected as we are all made of energy and part of a larger whole.

Group sound baths can be both in settings where individuals do not know each other, or can be performed for private groups:

Guided
Meditation

Your meditation guide will ask you to sit or lie comfortably, and then initiate a series of relaxing visualizations. Gradually stress fades away and your mind becomes clearer.

While you are in this deeply relaxed state of mind, your subconscious is open to positive suggestions, and your guide will use this time to take you on an inner journey that is designed to improve one or more aspects of your life.
Guided meditation can make a great addition to the sound bath experience!

Vibrational

Therapy


In a vibrational therapy session, a practitioner acts as a conduit to guide the flow of energy to bring about self healing in the client.

The use of vibrational therapy is meant to bring clients to a meditative state of peace, harmony, spirituality, and love, thus deepening the celestial connection, or connection to higher self.

This is often achieved with the use of tuning forks and Himalayan singing bowls.

Whether using one or a combination of services, entering the session with the mindset below can help you maximize your experience:
REFLECT AND CLARIFY YOUR INTENTIONS:
Take a moment before the sound bath to reflect on what you wish to manifest or release. Is it inner peace, emotional healing, clarity of mind? Be specific and sincere in your intentions.
CRAFT EMPOWERING AFFIRMATIONS:
Based on your intentions, create affirmations that resonate with you. For example, if you intention is to cultivate self-love, your affirmation could be: "I am worthy of love and acceptance just as I am."
SET THE STAGE:
Create a serene and comfortable space for your sound bath. Dim the lights, light candles, and have your energy sound bowls or instruments ready.
ENTER A MEDITATIVE STATE:
Find a comfortable position and begin by focusing on your breath. Allow your body and mind to relax, bringing your attention to the present moment.
STATE YOUR INTENTIONS:
In your mind or out loud, state your intentions clearly and with conviction. Visualize yourself already experiencing the desired outcome.
ENGAGE IN AFFIRMATIONS:
During the sound bath, repeat your affirmations silently or aloud. Let the vibrations of the sound bowls resonate with the words, allowing them to penetrate your being.
EMBRACE THE SOUND JOURNEY:
Surrender to the healing vibrations of the sound bowls. Allow the harmonious tones to wash over your, facilitating relaxation, emotional release, and transformation.
GRATITUDE AND INTEGRATION:
After the sound bath, take a moment to express gratitude for the experience and the healing that has taken place. Journaling or reflecting on the insights gained can further deepen the integration of your intentions.
