The SEVEN Chakras
Each chakra reflects essential aspects of consciousness, forming the master programs that govern our lives, loves, learning, and imagination.

Chakra in Sanskrit means "wheel", and the physical body interfaces with the energy of each wheel in a feedback loop, which means when the chakras are balanced, imbalances in the physical body will often disappear. Frequency from shifting through resonating the chakras allows us to help create balance and alignment within ourselves.

The Root Chakra
The Root Chakra is located at the base of the spine and is our connection to the earth and feeling grounded in life. This chakra supplies our physical, energetic, and spiritual supports. It influences the issues of money and career, helps us focus, and is related to feeling of belonging. Support from proper flow and functioning of the Root Chakra is vital to all functions of the body, emotions, mind, and spirit.
The Sacral Chakra
Located in the lower abdomen, this chakra is associated with divine sexual energy, reproductive organs, and universal life force.
The Solar Plex Chakra
This chakra reflects strength, self-esteem, power, enthusiasm, and governs metabolic functions that supply physical energy in the form of heat. Its functions are associated with heat and light, thus fueling organs and energy conversion in the body. This chakra governs passion, will, intent, integrity, right actions, and courage.
The Heart Chakra
This chakra governs our emotions compassion, desire, and self-acceptance. Being the center chakra, it helps us to separate as well as integrate.
The Throat Chakra
Located in the center of the throat, it is the juncture between our spiritual self and our physical self. This Chakra connects the tangible body to the Spirit body. It governs the faculty of communication and assists in finding one's true voice.
The Third Eye Chakra
Located in the middle of the forehead, this is about inner vision. This Chakra is the "seat of wisdom", where psychic abilities are experienced and can connect us to the recognition and manifestation of synchronous events of the universe as a whole. The pituitary gland is housed in this Chakric center and aids in influencing and regulating the other glands and maintaining well-being.
The Crown Chakra
Located atop the head, this is the point where energy flows into the entire Chakra system from life energy. This chakra has the lightest, finest, and highest frequency and vibrations. The Crown Chakra governs consciousness, spiritual libration, enabling you to obtain your purest self and purity. This chakra can connect us to our Higher Self, the Universe, and the Divine.
